Dinner meals are delicious, congrats to the chef and staff! Nice view to the port and lovely infinity pool.

The parking belongs to port and has to be paid (10 EUR / day); the hotel can provide parking permits for 35 EUR / week which is ok, but there are very few (like 5 permits at 200 rooms) so you have to be lucky to get one... The breakfast is acceptable (although service is very good), entertainment is poor.

Very spacious rooms

- Hotel is located in port. To reach the beach you must cross the entire parking. - Although parking is very large, if you rent a car, you can not get free parking becouse the hotel has only 10 parking spaces and for them anyway (if you're lucky to get a parking card) you'll pay 30 euro / week.Otherwise you pay 10 euro / day. - Pool is tiny compared with hotel capacity, if you're lucky to find a place on the pool, however it is very cold because it is poorly located. - If you go with a child, must take them slip slippers. Room floor is very dangerous. - Sunday and Tuesday are not days of cleaning room :) Although our last day was Thursday, our room was not cleaned on this day, so we spent 8 nights and we received only 5 days of cleaning. - If you choose half board, for dinner you must choose from the beginning a fixed time: 7 , 8 or 8:45.Be careful not to be late or you'll be "put in the corner" by staff.They have a fantastic nerve.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Good location and very helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent and set within a reasonable time period - no rushing! Likewise, the themed evening buffet offered a varied selection of good quality food to suit all tastes. The infinity pool area was also very nice and relaxing. We would certainly like to visit again and would recommend Marina Suites to friends.

My only complaint would be the glass/drinks stains on the coffee table/ balcony table which I did mention to the lady cleaner who said that these marks were not possible to remove due to the type of material the tables were made of, and that this problem seemed to exist in all suites.

Great location in Puerto Rico. Beautiful pool, clean facilities and fast poolside bar service.

Only have wi-fi in reception. Slow lifts/elevators. Twin beds.

The pool and jacuzzi area were fab staff were great we had a great holiday will be back

Could have better entertainment in the evening for adults

The rooms were spacious comfortable and very clean.Dining area was lovely meals were very good. Pool area and jacuzzi area were excellent.

The only thing I felt could have been better was lighting in the bathroom. Could have done with a socket beside hallway mirror.

Newly refurbished rooms

Room very clean and comfortable. Lovely decor. Enjoyed breakfast, everything fresh... omelettes prepared to your liking..staff very friendly and informative. beautiful view of harbour from spacious balcony... my favourite hotel...always feel relaxed.

Only fault is the shower is poor.. Maybe just new shower heads needed??

Great room facilities - spacious rooms - great views of marina and sea.

Nothing to complain about - will stay at this hotel again.

Location is Perfect .........Breeze at the Pool is beautiful.....All staff are so helpful and friendly .....Food in Pool Bar is gorgeous and great Value for Money ... Place is immaculate ....Rooms are spacious and love the evening sun on the Balonys .........only disadvantage is Rock Hard Beds ............

Beds Were Rock Hard - Suffer with my joints as i have artritis and was trying to sleep on pillorws until Maid rang down reception for me and organised a Matress Topper which I was given free for the remaining 2 days but was told would be chargeable in future .... spoke to others who had the same complaint ...........shame as place is gorgeous ..............

Hotel is a nice size. Rooms are great. Service is good. Kids club staff are fantastic. Very nice breakfast

Puerto Rico itself needs a bit of money spent on it. Jacuzzi has way too much chlorine and ruined all our swimming stuff! Dinner buffet could be better
